NONPROFIT MONTGOMERY AND MARYLAND NONPROFITS PARTNER TO BETTER SERVE NONPROFITS IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD

Rockville, MD – Nonprofit Montgomery, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and advocating for nonprofits in Montgomery County, is thrilled to announce its partnership with Maryland Nonprofits. This new partnership will bring an exciting initiative for the upcoming 2023-2024 membership year.

Under this initiative, Nonprofit Montgomery members with yearly budgets of $300,000 or less, who are not currently members of Maryland Nonprofits, will be eligible for a complimentary one-year membership with the organization. The program aims to provide greater access to resources and support for smaller nonprofits in the County.

“We are excited to partner with Maryland Nonprofits to bring this valuable opportunity to our members,” said Nonprofit Montgomery Executive Director Lavontte Chatmon. “By collaborating with Maryland Nonprofits, we hope to support and strengthen the nonprofit sector in Montgomery County, especially those who may not have had the resources to access these services before.”

This initiative is a testament to Nonprofit Montgomery’s commitment to serving its members and the nonprofit community in Montgomery County. It is an excellent opportunity for smaller nonprofits to access valuable resources and support that can help them achieve their missions.
