A series of programs that build on and support the learnings from FIRM and MORE

Many nonprofits have benefited from taking FIRM, our signature program. The FIRM intensive program focuses on financial leadership and sustainability and on improving financial decision making and communication with the board.

Last year we piloted MORE: Metrics and Outcomes for Responsible Evaluation, a training paired with an individual consultation that focuses on evaluation of program outcomes.

The Nonprofit Impact Series builds on and continues the learning from FIRM and MORE. The series of workshops provides insights and hands-on tools that encourage nonprofit accountability, sustainability and program excellence. The series provides flexibility to attend the sessions that are relevant and timely and sessions are open to staff and board members from all nonprofits working in Montgomery County.
