Crittenton is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, detail-oriented, Bilingual Youth Development Program Coordinator (English/Spanish) for one SNEAKERS group at Gaithersburg High School and two SNEAKERS groups at Clarksburg High School. This is a thirty (30) hour per week position. Ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years direct service experience working with teen women and vast knowledge of positive youth development, sexual health, pregnancy and pregnancy prevention, HIV/STI prevention, trauma-informed supports, and Montgomery County, MD resources. Ideal candidate also has a Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in Social Work, Education, Counseling, Public Health, or related human services field. Reliable personal transportation is required.
