Applications for Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development’s Nonprofit Assistance Fund are due October 29, 2015. With this Fund, DHCD created the Operating Assistance Grants and consolidated three operating assistance programs into one Operating Assistance Grants application for FY16 funding with a pool of $900,000.
