The Point-in-Time is an annual survey of homeless persons in Montgomery County who are residing in sheltered and unsheltered environments. This year the count for the unsheltered will be conducted on January 23-January 24, 2019. The County is looking for volunteers to help complete the survey. The Center for Nonprofit Advancement and Serve DC are partnering to implement Volunteer Generation Fund 2019. The program supports the My Brother’s Keeper initiative, with the goal of increasing the number of black male volunteers working with nonprofit organizations in the District. Selected organizations receive assistance, training, and a grant of $10,000.
