The first work session for Bill 42-21, legislation for the formation of an ECE Coordinating Entity was held on January 20 by the County Council’s joint Education & Culture and HHS Committees. MMF’s Program Director Sharon Friedman, and Co-Chairs Kevin Beverly, Susan Madden, and Kathy Stevens spoke in support of the establishment of the Entity.
