Urban Institute: Catalyst Grant Program
The Urban Institute and the Microsoft Justice Reform Initiative have opened the Request for Proposals for the next round of the Catalyst Grant Program, due December 2. The program supports local 501(c)(3) nonprofits to launch projects using data and technology to advance racial equity in the adult criminal legal system in three front-end focus areas: prevention, policing, and prosecution.

City of Rockville: Human Services Grant
Opens November 2022. Grants annually to local organizations that partner with the city to support human services access in the city.

MD Dept. of Commerce: Child Care Capital Support Revolving Loan Fund
The Child Care Capital Support Revolving Loan Fund is a financing resource operated by the Department of Commerce, with support from the State Department of Education, to provide no-interest loans for capital expenses to child care providers who participate in the State Department of Education’s Child Care Scholarship Program.

MD State Dept. of Education: The Maryland Rebuilds Initiative
This is a competitive MSDE grant opportunity designed to support the state’s child care system in utilizing federal funds to stabilize, strengthen, and sustain the child care system and mitigate the impact from the COVID-19 pandemic.

The deadline for grant application submissions has been extended. Applications are due November 10.

TD Charitable Foundation: Non-Profit Training Resource Fund
Through this TD Charitable Foundation funded program, nonprofits can receive a grant for approved training to increase their organization’s capacity and skillset.

Digital Lift: Software Grant
Digital Lift will provide up to a maximum of $1,000 per nonprofit for eligible requests. Applications close October 31.
