FIRM for Program Directors is a day-long workshop that introduces program directors to important financial concepts, such as understanding how a budget is created and understanding indirect costs. It prepares program directors to make informed contributions to the nonprofit budgeting process and provides future leaders with a basic understanding of nonprofit accountability and sustainability.
