The Community Action Board’s Community Advocacy Institute is a FREE program that provides County residents with the opportunity to learn and utilize advocacy skills. Successful completion of the program includes attendance at all monthly workshops and completion of an advocacy project (testifying before County Council or submitting a letter to County Council).
